Our Vision
To create a world where Black women are fully supported in their health, healing, and wholeness — without compromise. Thrive Black Woman exists to challenge the systems that fail us, celebrate the beauty within us, and provide the truth, care, and community we deserve.
Our Mission
Thrive Black Woman is a culturally rooted wellness lifestyle brand grounded in love, advocacy, and intentional care for Black women. We center the real-life experiences of Black women and provide safe spaces, products, and education that support our well-being from the inside out.
We are committed to:
-
Amplifying awareness about health issues that disproportionately affect Black women
-
Promoting hormone-safe, non-toxic wellness tools that actually support our bodies
-
Offering products as a bonus, not a cure — because real healing goes deeper
-
Building a brand rooted in truth, community, and cultural care
Our goal is not just to sell — it’s to serve, to stand in the gap, and to remind Black women they’re not alone on the journey to better health.

Meet Your Nurse Coach:
I’m your Nurse Coach, Victoria—a registered nurse, certified women’s health coach, and a 40-something Black woman who knows what it feels like to be tired, bloated, anxious, and ignored by the healthcare system.
I’ve spent over a decade as a registered nurse, working in acute care, chronic disease management, and mental health. I’ve seen the gaps in care for Black women—and I’ve lived through them myself.
For years, I didn’t take my own health seriously. I brushed off my symptoms, minimized my pain, and put everyone else first. That “strong Black woman” script almost took me out—mentally, physically, and spiritually.
I battled chronic health issues, hormonal chaos, and emotional burnout that no one had answers for… until I started asking better questions, doing extensive research, prioritizing me and began healing myself.
Now, I’m on a healing journey I didn’t think was possible—and I’ve never felt more energized, balanced, or empowered.
And I want that for you, too!
I created Thrive Black Woman to give other Black women the tools, education, and personalized support I wish I had years ago. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all fixes. I believe in individualized strategy, cultural alignment, and sustainable wellness—rooted in science, soul, and sisterhood.
“I wasted my health and youth putting myself last. Now I’m healing and I want to help you do the same.”
— Victoria Duverné, RN, Founder of Thrive Black Woman
